• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person sent the form. It may process your IP address and browser details for that check.
• Visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to send you what you signed up for: texts or WhatsApp messages about new music, shows near you, presales and merch drops, and emails if you gave us your address.

Who handles it

Your details are stored in our customer messaging platform (GoHighLevel), which sends the messages for us. The site runs on Cloudflare. They process the data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

We never sell your information, and we don't share your phone number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a record of your opt-out so we don't message you again.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: email info@mrkamawe.com.
• If you're in Kenya, you also have the rights given by the Data Protection Act, 2019, including complaining to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
